Past Creations

Explore this portfolio of expertly crafted medieval props, each uniquely designed and brought to life for past clients. From haunting replicas to custom creations, these pieces showcase the artistry and detail I bring to every project.

Coffin Coffee Table

Created from a customer request, the coffin coffee table was born. Wanting to really emphasis that it’s a Coffin-Table, I created coffin shaped legs. An extra lid is used as a base to stabilize the coffin-shaped legs.  This table measures  46 & 1/2" (118.11 cm) long, 23" (58.42 cm) at the shoulder width, 6” (15.24 cm) deep, and 20” (50.8 cm) high.

Coffin Wall Cabinet

Born from a client request, this unique wall cabinet was made to measure. It featured piano hinges for the doors and a French cleat system for securely hanging flush on a wall. The shelves are fixed, but could be placed wherever you wanted. The unit measures approximately 39” tall. This unit was sold as is though it would usually be stained and clear coated.

Toe-Pincher Coffins

This is the item that started my journey into this woodworking adventure. Usually constructed of pressure treated fence boards, with a slightly exaggerated angle to give the piece that traditional Halloween look. Actual toe-pinchers are narrower at the shoulder. Rope handles form part of the authentic look adding to the rugged construction. These coffins come in a variety of different lengths.

French Guillotine

This is an item that I was dying to make.  It is a 4:7 scale guillotine prop. Crafted to resemble a real guillotine, complete with a menacing prop aluminum painted plywood blade and sturdy frame. It stands eight feet tall, giving the prop blade plenty of momentum to hit it’s mark. It comes in two pieces for quick setup and convenient off-season storage

Medieval Rack

My first  build of  “The Duke of Exeter’s Daughter” medieval torture rack. This particular model Measured  8’ long, 42” wide and standing 36” high it is more than enough to stretch a guest or two of moderate height. The turnstile, while not operational, still conveys the look and feel of this confession extractor and turned out be a great photo op piece.

Medieval Pillory

This has almost become my stock in trade (pun intended). Used for Halloween parties, displays, photo ops and a device of sexual pleasure for those more adventurous folks. While the standard pillory measures approximately 59” tall, made to measure are also available.
